Assiniboine Medical Clinic Holiday Hours
Please be advised that Assiniboine Medical Clinic and Walk-in Clinic will be closed on the following dates due to the holiday schedule:
- December 24, 25, 26, 31 and January 1
We will resume regular hours on December 27 and 28.

Dr. Emelike is a graduate of the University of Manitoba’s Urban Family Medicine program in Winnipeg, with prior clinical training and experience spanning Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, and the Greater Toronto Area. A native English speaker, he also speaks some Russian and a bit of Ukrainian, bringing a culturally informed approach to patient care.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Emelike enjoys playing the piano, weightlifting, cycling, and spending time with family. His professional interests include Primary Care, Men’s Health, Lifestyle Medicine, Sports Medicine, and minor primary care surgical procedures.
He will be starting his medical practice January 2nd, 2026, and is currently accepting new patients. To book an appointment, please call 204-958-6781.

We have gone Cashless (July 2024) Assiniboine Medical Clinic will be following the lead of many other businesses and have gone cashless for services not covered by Manitoba Health or other Insurance plans. We still welcome payment by VISA, MASTERCARD and DEBIT INTERACT or a personal cheque with identification..
Effective September 20, 2024 the department for EKG/Spirometry/Hearing/Vision testing has new hours. Monday to Thursday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM (Closed 11:30AM- 1:00PM) and Friday 8:00AM to 1:00PM.
