Due to a family emergency, Dr. Ogunmokun has had to leave his practice. Because of the nature of the emergency he is unable to provide a specific return date. As such at this time we are asking his patients to seek a new family physician.
We are aware that many of you have been patients of this clinic for a very long time and appreciate your loyalty. We are doing our best to arrange coverage, but have not found anyone at this time.

Access to Care
While without a doctor, many issues can be addressed in a walk-in.
Our walkin is open Monday – Thursday 4:45 – 6:00 PM or Saturday – Sunday from 8:00 – 11:00 AM.
Please feel free to seek out care at other walk-ins if needed.
We do encourage you to find a new family doctor. Should Dr. Ogunmokun return or we find a new doctor, you could return to us.
Medication Renewals
Please have your pharmacy fax the clinic. We have another physician reviewing and renewing medications as required. Please note some renewals may require you to see a physician first.
Finding a new family doctor
Please contact the family doctor finder program at https://www.gov.mb.ca/health/familydoctorfinder/ for assistance finding a new family doctor.
The clinic does keep a waitlist of patients who wish to keep their care with us, however, we cannot estimate how long it will be before we have a physician ready to accept you. Some patients have had to wait several months if not longer. The waitlist can be accessed via the clinic’s website menu.
Can I be reassigned to another doctor in the clinic
Unfortunately, all the other practices are currently full. As capacity opens up we would take patients from the clinic waitlist.

What is the clinic doing to find a new doctor?
We have followed multiple avenues in our efforts to find a new family doctor to take over from Dr. Ogunmokun. This includes, but is not limited to working with the university, and posting on popular job sites
Medical Records
The clinic will continue to hold your medical records for as long as you need.
Once you have found a new family please have them send us a signed consent to have the records transferred to them.
